Gay Activists Use Donor List for Targeted Persecution

Scott Eckern, 25 year veteran of the Music Circus performing arts theatre in Sacramento has been forced to resign after being targeted by gay activists who used public records to “out” proposition 8 supporters. Eckern donated of his time and means to the tune of 1000.00 of his personal savings to the cause. Though his personal beliefs and efforts on behalf of proposition 8 did not cross into his professional life, he is now being forced to resign his position as his company bows to pressure from the gay community who are looking for revenge in the wake of California’s passage of the gay marriage ban.

This kind of political bullying is unconscionable. Pleas from the community on behalf of the longtime director fell on deaf ears as the news spread of the pressure for his resignation. A letter campaign in support of Eckern was heart felt, but came too late.

Who is next? Where is the image of love and tolerance now?

BHO admits there was a racial element to his remarks? Someone should tell his spokeshumans appearing on the news shows. Daschle didn’t get the memo. I think people are going to soon get fatigued from this constant racial discussion. I am tired of it already. Should these petty squabbles continue I cannot see it helping BHO’s campaign.

If the National Right To Life Committee is pro-life, why has it endorsed John McCain who thinks it should remain “legal” for unborn babies to be murdered by abortion if they are in the womb because of rape/incest? PS — Pro-life means pro ALL unborn life, no exceptions. All abortions are murder.

Thanks for your post. Perhaps Monckton is capable of distortion, but certainly no more distorting than Gore and others. I guess we can play the “gotcha” game ad nauseum, what with the news that NASA was off on it’s temps, problems with computer models,and the “snow job” that appears to be the case with the Kilimanjaro data. But my point is, and always has been, more of a cry against the “alarmism” and false certitude that global warming folks seem to have about the issue. It smacks of an agenda beyond science that I distrust especially since in my lifetime I know the pendulem has swung full scale from ice age predictions and to the current global warming. Where is the discussion of the matter that good science would seem to demand? We simply do not know if we have caused the warming or if it is part of the natural cyles, or indeed, whether we are warming at all. After all what is the earth’s “normal” temperature? The whole discussion seems to have evolved into hubris masked as certainty.

Since Monckton is fully capable of distorting available climate data to serve his own ends, I wouldn't take anything he says seriously. See here for an analysis of one of his recent essays...
